Dinner today was boiled potatoes, fried onions and vegyes pörkölttel, a kind of beef-veggie puree. We made it while the piano tuner was working on the keys. It was a smashing success. Combined with a clean kitchen, a glass of Tokaji Aszú and classical music on the radio, it was a very relaxing evening.And that's all that's fit to write about today, because I got up at 2pm, an unfortunate result of staying up 'till 4am working on the blog. You're welcome. I'm gonna do something to wear my mind out and crash early tonight.
